Faction Boss Info

Required Faction Boss Coins can be earned in Faction Boss Battles. The higher the difficulty, the more Coins you will get. Remember, each Level’s Reward can be earned four times by beating the Boss with a different Style. Beating a Level earns the rewards of all Levels before it. Winning with an entire team of Faction Members gives 2x the Faction Boss Coins.

Boss Abilities

Deal Damage
- Every Turn, starting turn 1
- Applies at difficulty levels
Standard Green Gem Shield
- Every Turn
- Applies at all Difficulty Levels
- Shield Lasts 1 Turn
- Shield HP Scales from 15-36 depending on difficulty
- Can be affected by Boss Breakers such as Neutralize and Crack in the Shield
Increase MP Move Cost
- Every 2 Turns starting Turn 1
- Applies at difficulty levels 6+
- Increase MP Cost of all moves by 3-15
- Debuff lasts 1 turn
- Can be mitigated by Regeneration-X Boss Breaker
Freeze Player Moves
- Every 2 Turns starting Turn 2
- Applies at difficulty levels 9+
- Freeze 1-2 player moves depending on difficulty
- Debuff lasts 1 Turn
- Can be removed by the Hell Freezes Over Boss Breaker

Battle Tips

Santa Hogan Faction Boss focuses on constantly changing its debuffs and defensive scheme from turn to turn. Santa Hogan’s shields and player debuffs have a faster cadence, refreshing every turn. Player teams will have to coordinate their boss breaker usage to ensure they are able to mitigate this faster cadence.
