Required Faction Boss Coins can be earned in Faction Boss Battles. The higher the difficulty, the more Coins you will get. Remember, each Level’s Reward can be earned four times by beating the Boss with a different Style. Beating a Level earns the rewards of all Levels before it. Winning with an entire team of Faction Members gives 2x the Faction Boss Coins.

Battle Tips

Andre the Giant is a Faction Boss that forgoes a shield and instead relies on its Freeze Moves ability to attempt to slow down his opponents. He will also create Botch gems and buff his own damage for each Black gem on the board. Overcome his defenses by using the Hell Freezes Over Boss Breaker and taking advantage of his weakness to Trap and Silence gems while removing his damage buff with the Neutralize Boss Breaker.

Superstar Strategies

Use Superstars with the following characteristics
- Focused Superstars
  - Hell Freezes Over: Use this Boss Breaker to remove the Frozen Move debuffs from yourself and your teammates. Use multiple activations of this Boss Breaker to remove the larger number of frozen moves.
- Chaotic Superstars
  - Neutralize Boss Breaker: The Boss will buff its own damage for the following turn. Use the Neutralize Boss Breaker to remove the most recent Boss Buff.
- Aggressive Superstars
  - Exhaust Boss Breaker: Use this Boss Breaker to lower the Boss’s damage. Especially useful in later turns, as the boss will deal more damage the longer the match takes.
- Trap Gem Generation/Destruction
  - Take advantage of the increased Immobile Gem Damage
- Silence Gem Generation/Destruction
  - Take advantage of the increased Silence Gem Damage
