    • Yellow Gem Damage: +500%

Boss HP

Boss Abilities

• Deal Damage and Extra Bonus Damage Per Turn Passed
  • Every turn, starting Turn 1
  • This applies at all difficulty levels.
  • Move deals bonus damage based on the Boss turn number
• Hardened All Color Gem Shield
  • Every 2 Turns, starting turn 1
  • Applies at difficulty levels
  • Shield Lasts 2 Turns
  • Shield HP Scales from 50-200 depending on the difficulty
  • Shield will not be affected by Boss Breakers
  • Any Color Gem will count towards breaking the shield
• Heal
  • Every 2 turns, starting turn 2
  • Applies at difficulty levels 6+
  • Boss heals for 10-20% of their total health depending on difficulty
  • This can be reduced or fully neutralized by the Healer’s Steal Boss Breaker
• Freeze Player Moves
  • Every 2 turns, starting turn 2
  • Applies at difficulty levels 9+
  • Moves frozen will range from 1-2 player moves and last for 1-2 turns, depending on the difficulty level.
  • Hell Freezes Over Boss Breaker will remove this debuff

Superstar Strategies

• Use Superstars with the following characteristics
  • Focused Superstars
    • Hell Freezes Over Boss Breaker: Use this Boss Breaker to remove the Frozen debuff on your Superstar moves.
  • Chaotic Superstars
    • Healer’s Steal from Chaotic Superstars will allow your team to reduce the effectiveness or nullify the Boss’s Heal Move.
  • Superstars that use Botch, Snowfall, Yellow, and Green Gems
    • Botch, Snowfall, Yellow, and Green Gems will deal increased damage against the Boss.
  • Superstars that create and destroy large numbers of Gems
    • The Boss will use a large Gem Shield that can be broken by any color gem, so bring Superstars with good board-clearing abilities.

• Hell Freezes Over (Focused)
  • Difficulty 9+
  • Counter for Freeze Boss Moves
  • Ability works by unfreezing player moves
  • Boss Breaker Upgrade Summary
    • Level 2-5 : Decreased Cooldown
    • Level 6-7 : Decreased Cooldown and Increased Number of Teammates affected
    • Level 8-9 : Increased Number of Teammates affected
    • Level 10 : Decreased Cooldown and Increased Number of Teammates affected
      
• Healer’s Steal (Chaotic)
  • Difficulty 6+
  • Counter to Boss Heal Ability
  • Ability works by Reducing the effectiveness of the Boss’s next Heal ability
    • Level 2-5 : Decreased Cooldown
    • Level 6-7 : Decreased Cooldown and increased Effectiveness
    • Level 8-9 : Increased Effectiveness
    • Level 10 : Decreased Cooldown and Increased Effectiveness

Required Faction Boss Coins can be earned in Faction Boss Battles. The higher the difficulty, the more Coins you will get. Remember, each Level’s Reward can be earned four times by beating the Boss with a different Style. Beating a Level earns the rewards of all Levels before it. Winning with an entire team of Faction Members gives 2x the Faction Boss Coins.

If a Team member disconnects or leaves an ongoing Boss Battle, the Team won’t earn the total Points for that battle.
