• Boss Moves
  • Every 1-2 Turns
    • Deal Damage Based on Turns
    • Hardened Purple Gem Shield
    • Freeze Player moves
    • Increase Boss Damage If a Black Gem is on the Board

• Battle Attributes
  • Some Battle Attributes will now scale with increasing difficulty levels, boost amounts below are max values at level 23.
    • Botch Gem Damage: +400%
    • Green Gem Damage: +600%
    • Yellow Submission Damage: +300%

Boss HP

Boss Abilities

• Deal Damage and Extra Bonus Damage Per Turn Passed
  • Every turn, starting Turn 1
  • This applies at all difficulty levels.
  • Move deals bonus damage based on the Boss turn number
• Hardened Purple Gem Shield
  • Every 2 Turns, starting turn 1
  • Applies at difficulty levels
  • Shield Lasts 2 Turns
  • Shield HP Scales from 20-120, depending on difficulty.
  • Shield will not be affected by Boss Breakers
• Freeze Player Moves
  • Every 2 turns, starting turn 2
  • Applies at difficulty levels 6+
  • Moves frozen will range from 1-2 player moves and last from 1-2 turns, depending on the difficulty level.
  • Hell Freezes Over Boss Breaker will remove this debuff.
• Increase Boss’s Damage for the next turn if a Black Gem is on the Board
  • Every 2 turns, starting turn 1
  • Applies at difficulty levels 9+
  • If there is a Black Gem on the Board, increase the Boss’s Damaging Move during his next turn by 100%
  • Use the Neutralize Boss Breaker after this move is activated but before the Boss’s next turn to remove the Buff.

Superstar Strategies

• Use Superstars with the following characteristics
  • Focused Superstars
    • Hell Freezes Over Boss Breaker: Use this Boss Breaker to remove the Frozen debuff on your Superstar moves.
  • Chaotic Superstars
    • Neutralize Boss Breaker: Use this Boss Breaker to remove the Boss’s Damage Buff after he applies it to himself.
  • Superstars that use Green Gems and Botch Gems
    • Green and Botch Gems will gain increased damage against this Boss.
  • Superstars that use Yellow Submission Moves
    • Yellow Submission Moves will deal increased damage against this Boss.
  • Superstars that create and destroy Purple Gems
    • Purple Gems must be destroyed to destroy the Boss’s Hardened Purple Gem Shield.

  • Ability works by unfreezing player moves
